Founder Jay Shen worked at a well-known listed company in the local area before. His first job was as a production line assembly worker, and he was promoted to the technical department, where he worked as the general manager of the product development center. He has been involved in various roles such as production manufacturing, quality control, industrial engineering, new product design and development ,purchase and logitics management,.
Every time I look for a new job or position, I train and improve myself, laying a solid foundation for greater development in the future.


Since 2005, Jay Shen has founded his first company in china。 At that time, China's economy was developing rapidly, especially in my city of Ningbo, where new factories and warehouses were built everywhere. As a result, many people specialized in product import and export emerged. I was one of them. We established our own factory and purchased a large number of production and processing equipment, such as CNC machining centers, punching machines, multi station screw forming machines, welding equipment,we also found a lot of good partners ,they provide parts for my company,then i assemble them together .

We also purchased commercial buildings for sales and logistics employee. Every year, we continued to progress and develop, and our thriving business continued until 2016. During this period, we customized and processed various types of processed parts, plastic parts, stamped parts, die-casting parts, and assembly parts for many customers in different countries. Our company earned money and also saved a lot of procurement for customers puchasing cost, because our company's products are of high quality and affordable.

At that time, our direct customers such as Cummins, Kubota, and top Amazon customers, as well as indirect customers such as General Motors, Ford, and many other well-known customers in various industries in the local area, will not be listed here. During this period, we received meticulous and professional training from our clients. In terms of production delivery, quality control, and cost control, we learned a lot from these well-known clients. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again.



Since 2017, many changes have taken place in the international economic environment, and many countries' trade policies have been adjusted, such as the tariff policy implemented by President Trump of the United States after he took office. The price of metal raw materials has soared. Our custom processing industry has encountered unprecedented difficulties, with less and less profits and shrinking customer demand, especially the COVID-19 that began in 2019.



Since 2019, cross-border e-commerce business has flourished. While we continue to expand our customized processing, we have also opened up a new cross-border e-commerce business segment. My wife Janet works hard and we have opened more than 10 stores on different e-commerce platforms. In those stores, we sell products from well-known domestic brands in China, such as DJI drones,car seats ,car roof rac ,trailer and towing products ,RV products, boat parts & accessories, niu electric vehicles, Tesla car accessories, gb strollers, segway ninebot go karts, seadoo accessories, kubota parts, clubcar parts yamaha waverunner parts ,CRV and RAV4 car parts ,and other products such as handcarts, all terrain vehicle accessories, golf cart accessories, electric wheelchairs, etc.

Our cross-border e-commerce customers mainly include Amazon stores, eBay stores, Wal Mart stores, or those offline physical stores. The minimum purchase quantity is 1. We know that our future customer base will become increasingly narrow, and we will focus on developing products in the field of vehicles and vehicle accessories that we specialize in. At the same time, we will continuously improve our product structure, research and innovate, and provide faster and better services to e-commerce platform sellers.



Since 2020, we have been planning and promoting the establishment of foreign companies, setting up our first foreign company in Canada. In the future, we will continue to establish or improve more foreign companies, such as in Europe, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, South Korea, and other countries. We strive to store our products in the countries closest to our customers and provide on-site service and maintenance, all of which require significant investment. We also need to work harder for this.



Since 2024, we also plan to update our business processing center in Ningbo, including expanding the workplace for sales department employees, training and expanding the sales team, and establishing an air freight product warehouse. Our advantages are very obvious. In the vehicle and vehicle parts industry, we have been cultivating for 20 years without stopping or changing. Our products are also the most diverse, which can be said to be unique. Starting from baby strollers, we have different vehicle products at different stages of life. In addition, drones and unmanned boats make our product structure more diverse. However, our main business is still parts business. We do not produce whole vehicles or aircraft, we only sell agents or assemble them for customers.
